What’s the deal with shipping?
The best kind of news: UK Shipping is always on us. No minimum spends, no surprises at checkout. We are strictly UK-only for now, focusing on getting our UK muses dressed first.
How long will my delivery take?
We ship from our London studio. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely. As soon as your dress leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your new favourite outfit all the way to your doorstep.
I entered the wrong address, help!
Be quick! Drop us an email at orders@minnisilhouette.co.uk within 1 hour of placement. Once a shipping label is generated, we won't be able to change the destination.
Can I cancel my order?
We move fast to get your silhouette to you. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders@minnisilhouette.co.uk within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been processed by our studio team, it cannot be cancelled, but you can follow our standard return process once it arrives.
Sizing & Fit
Will it fit like a tent?
Absolutely not. We’ve killed the 'linen tent' myth. Our dresses are tailored to celebrate your silhouette. Please refer to our Sleeveless Size Guide or our 3/4 Sleeve Size Guide to find your perfect match.
How does the length work?
We’ve graded our lengths so every size sits perfectly at mid-thigh. For example, a UK 10 is 85cm, a UK 12 is 87cm, a UK 14 is 89cm, and a UK 16 is 91cm. This ensures your silhouette is flattering regardless of your height—never too short, never too long.
What about the sleeves?
We’ve got you covered—literally. Our 3/4 sleeves are perfect for those breezy British summer days, giving you that extra bit of coverage without compromising on a cute, flattering cut.
Does it have pockets?
To keep your silhouette perfectly sleek and avoid any bulk, we’ve kept this design pocket-free. We use world-class YKK zips for a reliable, premium finish that lasts. But hey, we listen—if you beauties want pockets in the future, we’ll make it happen.

Is the dress see-through?
We’ve added a high-quality, soft combed cotton lining to every piece. It feels incredible against your skin and ensures total confidence. Because of this lining, our colours pop with more vibrancy—it’s luxury you can see.
What about the embroidery?
The delicate embroidery at the hem is designed to be strong and durable. It adds a sophisticated, high-end touch that gives life to our vibrant colours, ensuring your dress looks premium from every angle.

It’s our favourite secret: we believe you can be kind to the planet and look like a total doll at the same time! We’re "Consciously Cute" because we’ve brought high-energy, vibrant colours to sustainable fashion. We’ve put so much love into the fit, carefully shaping the bust and waist to give you your most iconic "Barbie" silhouette yet. By using natural fabrics and small-batch making, we make sure your dress is as special as you are. Sustainability, but make it cute!
How do I wash and iron my dress?
Treat it like the icon it is. Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Reshape while damp and air dry. For that crisp finish, use a medium-to-high heat iron. Your dress arrives in a premium reusable zipper bag—perfect for protecting your silhouette for seasons to come.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I need a different size?
Don't sweat it. If the fit isn't spot on, we make exchanges seamless. Simply use our online portal to request your exchange and send the original back within 14 days. Once it passes our quality check, we will ship your new size completely free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your silhouette. If it's not "the one," we offer a 14-day return period. Ensure the dress is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached. Pop the dress back into its reusable zipper bag and use our online portal to start your return. (Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping).
What if my item is faulty?
If something isn't right, please email us at returns@minnisilhouette.co.uk with your order number within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the fault and the packaging. We recommend taking a quick photo or video while opening your parcel as proof. Once reviewed, we’ll handle the replacement or refund immediately.
