Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our Return & Exchange Window You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to post the item back to our London Studio.
1. How to Request an Exchange (Free of Charge)
Love the style but need a different fit? We offer completely free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect silhouette.
- Shipping Costs: Minni Silhouette bears the cost of all shipping for exchanges. We provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- The Process:

- Visit our Returns Portal / Account Page Link and enter your order email to receive your 6-digit code.
- Click "Request Return" and select "Exchange" to choose your new size.
- Once we approve your request, you will receive an email with our London Studio address and instructions to ship the original dress.
- Once we receive your original and it passes our quality check, we’ll ship your new size!
2. How to Request a Return for Refund
If the dress isn't "the one," we are happy to offer a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: For standard returns, the customer bears the cost of the return shipping label.
- The Process:

- Visit our Returns Portal / Account Page Link and enter your order email to receive your 6-digit code.
- Locate your order and click the "Request Return" button (this button appears once your order has been marked as fulfilled).
- Select the items you wish to return submit your request.
- Once we approve your request, you will receive an email with our London Studio address and final instructions.
- Pop the dress in the post, and once it passes our quality check, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
3. How to Report a Faulty Item
We take quality seriously. If something isn't right, we’ll fix it immediately.
- Shipping Costs: For confirmed faulty items, Minni Silhouette provides a prepaid shipping label.
- The Process: Do not use the portal for faults. Instead email [email-returns] with your order number and clear photos/videos of the flaw within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we will then arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
We move fast to get your silhouette to you!
- The Process: Email [email-orders] within 1 hour of placement.
- Important: Once a shipping label is generated, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
5. Return & Exchange Conditions
As our garments are crafted from premium natural fibres and delicate embroidery, we ask that you treat them with care while trying them on. We can only accept returns that are:
- In Original Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks (such as perfume, makeup, or deodorant).
- Tags Attached: All original tags must remain in place.
- Original Packaging: Please return the dress inside its reusable zipper bag.
- Documentation: Please include your original packing slip inside the parcel.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the "Original Condition" requirements listed above.
