1. UK Standard Shipping
- Cost: Always Free.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.
- Packaging: Every iconic dress is handled with care and arrives in a premium reusable zipper bag, designed to protect your silhouette for seasons to come.
2. Dispatch Times
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- This allows you to follow your parcel's journey all the way to your door.
4. Important Delivery Notes
- Shipping Area: We are strictly UK-only for now, focusing on getting our UK muses dressed first.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at [email-orders]Â within 1 hour of placement. Once a shipping label is generated, we are unable to change the destination.
